Hello! My name is McKenzie. Nice to meet you!

I am a certified Mindfulness Coach and 500 RYT Yoga Instructor. 

My goal is to help you explore and discover your heartfelt desires through accessible, mindful and embodied practices such as movement of the body or working through releasing limiting beliefs and judgments from the mind. I incorporate accessibility, compassion, and connection by taking the time to work with you one-on-one as we work as a team towards your daily and life goals.
